Alan Boyd is the General Services Manager for Medirest, and heads up the management team. Alan has over 20 years experience in Hospitality Industry, primarily in the Management of Public and Private Healthcare Services. |

Jemma Owen is Human Resources Manager, and also guides the change management process for Medirest at the Mater. Jemma has 8 years HR/ER, organisational development and change management experience in both the public and private sectors.

Nicole Latham is Customer Services Manager for Medirest, and will be the first port of call for many of the Hospitals Unit and Department Managers. Nicole’s background and training is in Health Management.

Mike Macleod – Support Services Manager
Mike has been in the catering industry for the past 25 years and in the health industry for the past 2 years. In the United Kingdom, Mike achieved a Higher National Diploma in Hotel Catering and Institutional Management and a Scottish National Certificate in Business Studies. Mike is HACCP Trained and a qualified Food Safety Supervisor.

Medirest’s Compliance & Training Coordinator is Rada Longmire. She has worked in the Health Industry for over 20 years. She has experience in nursing, OH&S and patient safety. Rada has completed a degree in OH&S, and holds certificates in Workplace Training and Assessment, Nursing, and Community and Childcare. She is also an accredited Return to Work Coordinator
Rada enjoys the challenges and benefits of working within a Health Facility and being a part of the Novacare Consortium. |

The Mater Newcastle Security will be Managed by Mark Getley. He is a licensed Security Consultant with over nineteen years experience in the security industry, which includes retail, commercial, industrial, events and close personnel protection. |

Lisa Davies is the Help Desk Supervisor. Lisa has had extensive Help Desk experience in the US, and previously held a Cleaning Supervisor's position with Medirest on the Mater site.
